
Sameer Lalwani is senior fellow at the Stimson Center in Washington DC and a non-resident fellow at George Washington University’s Sigur Centre of Asian Studies. A widely respected policy voice in the US strategic community on defence ties between India and the United States (US), he is the co-editor of Investigating Crises: South Asia’s Lessons, Evolving Dynamics and Trajectories. Lalwani, who completed his doctoral work at MIT, has extensively researched New Delhi’s defence relationship with both Moscow and Washington.
